Benefit from Nutrition Counselling

Nutrition and physical activity are key factors to achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.Attaining a healthy weight, improving physical strength and stamina, lowering health risk, and feeling better overall are just some of the reasons why individuals seek the services of fitness clubs. Providing an integrated service that combines expertise in fitness and nutrition offers members an optimal approach to achieving various health and wellness goals.

While committing to an exercise regime is essential to a healthier lifestyle, paying close attention to dietary choices and dietary patterns over time is just as important. Over the past 20 years, research has clearly documented the beneficial effects of nutrition on exercise performance. There is no doubt that what an athlete or exercise enthusiast consumes can affect their health, body weight and composition, performance during exercise, and recovery after exercise. This is equally important for individuals just starting to integrate physical activity into their lifestyles. This integration of services at Executive Fitness for Women will provide members with a unique approach to lifestyle change and add value to their membership.
