EMT- is group training led by our certified trainers and designed to give a complete strength, cardio and core training workout. Each session consists of a variety of functional training principles using TRX suspension cables, and a variety of other functional training equipment to get you in the best shape of your life. Our trainers will use cutting edge training methods to get you fit safer, faster and in a more motivating and personal environment! Maximum of 12 participants per class.
Club's Hours: Mon-Thurs 5:30am-11pm, Fri 5:30am-9pm, Sat 7am-5:30pm, Sun 8am-5pm
